Overview
Staged at Singapore Sports Hub, the 2-Days event brought an epic experience for fitness instructors, fitness enthusiast and club owners around Asia, led by the world renowned LesMills instructors and influencers.
This event follows the London stop in October 2022 which brought together 5,000 participants, being one of the largest group workout events ever staged (then).
The Challenges
Pulling off LesMills™ streaming succesfully for the last 3 years with Nowvids, the LesMills APAC team based in Australia approached us to partner with them again for LesMills Live 2023 Singapore event, bringing Live event back.
The much anticipated event since the pandemic, and being the only stop in Asia, the bar had never been higher. Unlike the previous years which was fully virtual from our studio, the crowd was promised to be treated with 2 days of live fitness and music.
We observed few challenges from managing 2 venue, main stage at Sports Hub, and activation stage at Kallang Wave Mall. So, how did we ensure that every participant experience the best of Live event?
Precision Is What We Do
Working closely with LesMills™ operations team, we learnt and identified the vital areas from stage, lighting, visual display, and sound design - advancing a holistic solutions in creating an immersive experience for every partcipants across 5000 sqm hall and the activation stage.
Erecting a 5 metre height, and a curved-video-wall at 1.5 metre above ground level - wasn't a typical menu. We designed a 3 stage-sytem with the centre stage uncovers the Virtual Reality (VR), and the side-stage did a close-up of the instructors' rep and movements.
With logistic coverage on fitness equipment flown direct from Denmark, Australia and Malaysia, to music licensing, to building a robust stage (handling more than 10 instructors jumping simultaneously), we ensure constant communication, a precise built and meticulous execution to each and every detail.
